SQUASH PIE 
2 c. shredded squash
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. coconut extract
2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 stick butter

Mix together above ingredients. Beat 2 egg whites and fold into mixture. Put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
