CLASSIC TOMATO MEAT LOAF | |
1 can tomato soup 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 c. sm. bread crumbs 1/4 c. chopped onions 1 egg, slightly beaten Generous dash of pepper Mix all ingredients with 1/2 cup soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Blend remaining soup, 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons drippings. Heat and stir often. 4 to 6 servings. Serve with loaf. |
