TOMATO AND CHEESE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
5 slices Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 can tomato soup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all of the spices, egg, meat and bread crumbs. Mix well. Add Parmesan cheese and mix. Put half of the meat mixture into a baking pan. Put the Mozzarella cheese (slices or shredded) on the meat mixture in the pan. Put the rest of the meat mixture on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with more Parmesan and bake for 30-45 minutes and serve.
