GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
3 lbs. potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled and sliced
1 lb. bacon, cut in little pieces
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Brown bacon. Drain off grease. Add onions; fry until brown. Separately mix sugar and flour together. Add salt, vinegar and water. Mix together until smooth. Add to bacon until thickened. Pour over potatoes. Warm in 250 degree oven for serving.
