CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
6 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Mix ingredients together. Spread 1/2 mixture into a greased square Pyrex pan. Cover with green chilies and cheese. Top with remaining batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown.
