QUICK HOMEMADE CHILI 
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 med. green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. chili pepper

Brown meat, onion, garlic in pan. Add beans and green pepper. Pour tomato sauces. Add salt and chili powder. Simmer over low heat, about 45 minutes.
