HOMEMADE BEEF SOUP 
3 to 4 lbs. beef or roast cut
1 large onion
6 potatoes, diced
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt to your taste
Pepper to taste
Sugar to your taste
Celery

Cut up beef into 1 inch squares. Cook beef with onion, celery, salt and pepper for 1 hour until done. Add potato dices and mix vegetables with tomatoes, tomato sauce and sugar to your taste continue to cook until potatoes are done about 45 minutes. Serve with corn b read or biscuits cook on medium heat.
