HOMEMADE TURKEY SOUP | |
5 c. turkey broth 3 stalks celery, cut in 1-inch pieces 2 lg. potatoes, peeled and quartered 2 carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 onion, peeled and quartered 1 c. noodles, uncooked 2 c. turkey, cooked and cubed In 5-quart saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Over high heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add noodles and turkey. Cook 15 minutes longer. Yields: 8 servings. |
