SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 qt. jar crushed tomatoes
2 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato puree
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. basil leaves
Dash of salt, sugar, black pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated mild Colby cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 pkg. milk Italian sausage
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. chopped onion

Put 1 quart tomatoes in blender with all your spices and Parmesan cheese. Take pitcher from blender, put in 4 to 6 quart sauce pan. Add rest of ingredients to sauce. Turn on medium heat, after getting very hot, put heat on simmer. Cut sausage in small pieces while sauce is cooking. Cook 8 hours. Add meat balls, cook 2 more hours.

MEAT BALLS:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 slices bread, crumbled

Mix all ingredients together, form into small meat balls and roll in flour. Put in the sauce and cook for 1 1/2 hours to make sure they are done.

You may use this recipe for Lasagna or chicken or cacciatore.
