PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. Karo light syrup

Mix together and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add:

1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir mixture until it begins to cool and becomes almost too thick to stir (about 10 minutes - have a seat!). Pour onto buttered platter and serve when completely cooled.

Variations: For chocolate fudge, mix 2 tablespoons cocoa into sugar before adding liquid and omit peanut butter.
