PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Lemon Cake Mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Prepare lemon cake mix as directed on box. Place batter in a jelly roll pan (about 10 x 15). Bake at indicated temperature for about 20 minutes. Cool. Mix 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk.

Blend in softened cream cheese. Spread on cake. Drain pineapple; spread over pudding. May be served with whipped cream, nuts and sliced cherries.
