1 box yellow Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 (14 oz.) can Borden Eagle Brand condensed milk
Nuts, chopped

Remove paper wrapping and place can of condensed milk in a pan and cover with water. Boil for 2 1/2 hours, making sure that the can is always covered with water. Bake cake mix according to package directions, making 3 layers.

Remove the condensed milk from heat, open can, pour into bowl and beat. Add chopped nuts, mixing well. Cool. Spread on the layers. Ice the cake with your favorite icing.
