SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lb. sweet potatoes or canned yams, cooked, peeled and mashed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased casserole, top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

One (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all) instead of juice.
