FUDGE BUTTERMILK CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl, combine ingredients in order given. Beat well. Batter will be very thin. Bake at 350 degrees in three 8 inch or two 9 inch pans for 25-30 minutes, test for doneness. Cool cake and ice as desired.
