STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
Lg. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. reg. or processed white rice
1 sm. grated onion
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sliced lg. onion
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 1/2 cans tomatoes (7 c.)
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine meat, rice, grated onion, eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Put cabbage leaves in boiling water for a few minutes to soften.

Then place mound of meat on cabbage then roll up, arrange cabbage rolls in the pan. Add 1 slice of onion on it. Pour on tomato sauce, tomatoes, juice of 2 lemons, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and sugar. Cover for 1 hour uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
