FRUIT CAKE 
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. pure butter
2 c. flour
1 lb. pineapple
1 lb. cherries
1 cut up apple
4 c. pecans
1 tbsp. almond
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon

Beat eggs, sugar, butter and flavor. Add flour and orange juice. Mix well. Add fruit sprinkled with 1 cup of flour (before putting into dough). Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
