PIG PICKIN' CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Combine all cake ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool. For frosting, mix frosting ingredients well, spread on cake.
