MANDARIN ORANGE AND PINEAPPLE
CAKE
 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. can of mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding (dry)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix together by hand and spread on cake. Refrigerate.
