BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE ICING 
3 sq. chocolate
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and add sugar, milk and cornstarch which has been mixed with the cold water. Cook until thick, then add butter and vanilla. This makes a soft icing which, when used on a cake makes a dessert.
