CHICKEN LOAF 
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 (5 oz.) can Chinese noodles
2 c. slivered almonds

Cook butter, milk, flour, and bouillon cubes until thick; add hot mixture gradually into 2 unbeaten eggs; mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 well greased small loaf pans (3/4 full) and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until brown and serve with sauce.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

Combine, heat and serve as gravy for chicken loaf.
