EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

Sift together:

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt

Beat into above:

1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
