TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef, salted, browned, drained
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. Tabasco
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 can chopped ripe olives
Salad dressing

DRESSING:

1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Lots of pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. buttermilk

Mix all together, add chips at the last minute. If you want to use the dressing as a dip, use 2 cups mayonnaise and 2 cups sour cream.
