ENCHILADA PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned
Salt and pepper
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ortega green pepper, diced (optional)
1 can Las Palmas sauce (med. can)
1-2 c. Jack and Longhorn cheese
1 can pitted olives, sliced
1 can milk (evaporated)
1 pkg. corn tortillas

Mix liquids together. Cut tortillas in half. Fry onion and ground beef. Combine onion, hamburger, olives and cheeses. Lay down tortillas then sprinkle on dry ingredients in layers. Pour liquids on top of everything. Cook uncovered about 1 hour at 400 degrees. Sprinkle some cheese on top.
