GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. fresh or frozen green beans
1 lb. chopped onions
2 tbsp. trai
Salt to taste
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger powder
Green pepper
Cilantro
Lemon juice or tomato
2 tbsp. oil

Put green beans and onions in a pan. Add oil and all the spices at the same time. Cover it and cook on low heat. Do not add water. It will be cooked in juice of onion and beans. Cook until tender. Add lemon juice or tomato and before serving add green pepper and chopped cilantro.
