GREEN BEANS & HORSERADISH 
2 (#303) cans whole green beans
Several cuts of ham or bacon
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt to taste
Onion salt to taste
1 lemon, juiced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 heaping tbsp. horseradish
Salt & pepper to taste
Celery salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Cook beans with meat and sliced onions for 1 hour or more. Blend mayonnaise with remaining ingredients and set aside at room temperature. When beans are ready to serve, DRAIN and spoon mayonnaise mixture over beans. Serves 8. Can be served either hot or cold.
