TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (6 oz.) can chunk-style tuna, drained 1/4 c. cashew nuts, halves & pieces 1/4 c. minced onion 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. celery 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained & sliced 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles (reserve 1/2 c.) Combine all ingredients with the exception of the 1/2 cup noodles. Put mixture in casserole, sprinkle 1/2 cup noodles over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
