TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 can chow mein noodles
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. celery, diced
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 c. cashew nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. potato chips, crushed in bag

Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole for 30 seconds on high. Add celery and onion. Cook, covered on high for 2-3 minutes until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except potato chips. Stir until well blended. Cook, covered on high for 7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Stir and sprinkle potato chips on top. Cook for 3-5 minutes more until heated through.
