TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 can chow mein noodles
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. water
1 can chunk style tuna
1/4 lb. cashew nuts
1 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
Dash pepper, salt

Reserve 1/2 cup chow mein noodles. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine rest of noodles with remaining ingredients. Taste. Add salt, if nuts were unsalted. Sprinkle with reserved noodles over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
