TUNA CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. chunk tuna
1/4 c. cashew nuts
1 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
Dash of salt and pepper

Set aside 1/2 cup chow mein noodles. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine rest of noodles with next 7 ingredients. Taste, add salt if nuts were unsalted. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
