2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9-inch pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven at 325°F until firm. Good served warm or cold, with or without whipped topping.
