FREEZER SALAD | |
1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 med. size Cool Whip 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling 1/4 c. pure lemon juice 1 c. chopped pecans (optional) 1 c. miniature marshmallows (optional) Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or dish and place in the freezer. Allow to congeal. Take out when ready to serve and cut into squares. |
