FREEZER PIE CRUST | |
5 c. flour 1 lb. lard 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. lemon juice Beat egg in measuring cup; add lemon juice. Fill with water to make 1 cup. Add to flour and lard which has been mixed. Knead together. Then make 7 balls from dough; put in individual baggies. Thaw out as needed, 1 ball per crust. |
