FREEZER STRAWBERRY JAM 
4 c. crushed strawberries
1 box fruit pectin
6 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. white syrup

Stir pectin into crushed strawberries. let set 1/2 hour. Stir occasionally. Add white syrup. Stir. Add sugar, gets grainy; stir a lot. Put on stove over medium heat, keep stirring until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice when mixture is lukewarm and sugar is dissolved. Place in clean containers. Let set 12 hours until you freeze it.
