PUMPKIN CAKE 
BATTER:

1 yellow cake mix (set aside 1 cup)
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. milk

Blend all ingredients (except 1 cup cake mix). Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING:

1 lg. can pumpkin
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix filling well and spread over batter.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. reserved cake mix
3 tbsp. milk

Mix topping ingredients well. Drop and spread over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
