PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 pt. heavy cream
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients thoroughly until creamy. Pour into 9 inch spring pan lined with graham cracker crust or cookie crust. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and add topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar

Whip topping ingredients thoroughly. Spread on baked cheese cake. Return cake to oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Garnish with shaved chocolate or Jimmies. Enjoy!!
