FRUIT TOSS 
2 med. oranges
3 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
1/4 tsp. poppy seed
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 med. apple, cored and chopped
Lettuce leaves

Peel and section oranges over a small bowl; reserve juice (about 2 tablespoons). For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine reserved orange juice, oil, honey, lime or lemon juice, and poppy seed. Cover and shake until well mixed.

In a large bowl combine orange sections, grapes, and apple. Pour dressing over fruit; toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice. With a slotted spoon, divide the fruit mixture among 4 lettuce-lined plates. Pass remaining dressing. Serves 4.
