GLAZED FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil, then simmer for 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Add vanilla. Pour over 8 cups of fresh or canned fruit (except fresh pineapple).

Suggestions: Peaches, canned pineapple, canned mandarin oranges, pears, cantaloupes, bananas, mangoes, strawberries, etc.

When fruit gets low, more fruit can be added as long as there is juice.
