BROCCOLI-CORN BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. coarsely crushed crackers
1 tsp. instant onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
Dash of pepper

TOPPING:

1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Combine everything but topping in baking dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake, uncovered 35 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
