BROCCOLI-CORN BAKE | |
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn 1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked and drained 1/2 c. saltine crumbs (16 crackers) 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt Dash pepper Combine above ingredients in casserole. Sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup crumbs over mixture and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 4-6. |
