BROCCOLI-CORN BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can corn, cream style
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped, cooked broccoli
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled (12)
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. dehydrated onion
Salt & pepper

Mix ingredients and pour into a 1 quart baking dish. Combine 1/4 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled (5) and 1 teaspoon melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (about 35 to 40 minutes). May be made ahead and refrigerated until baked. (Increase baking time to 60 minutes.)
