SKILLET GOULASH 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
Dash of pepper

In skillet brown ground beef and onions; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently until macaroni is tender. Makes 4 servings.
