CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) bag toasted corn Doritos (slightly crushed)
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix together all ingredients except chips and cheese. Cover the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 baking dish with 1 cup Doritos. Layer in order: 1/2 chicken mixture, 1/3 of cheese. Repeat, ending with Doritos topped with cheese. Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
