CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
3 c. chicken breast, cooked (don't use canned) 1 bag Tositos 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers 2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese Put Tostitos in 13x9 inch pan. Pour 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes over the chips. Sprinkle chopped chicken (bite sized), then cheese, then 2nd can of tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. You can spice this up with Tabasco, if you like. |
