POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida)
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Mix pint of mayonnaise and 1 pound cheese in double boiler until melted. Put frozen hash brown potatoes in 9 x 13 inch casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour melted cheese and mayonnaise over and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour, no more than 1 hour and 15 minutes.
