STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
1 angel food cake
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 box strawberry Jello
1 qt. strawberries, drained

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
6 tsp. cornstarch

Mix water, sugar, and cornstarch. Boil until clear. Add Jello and let cool. Add strawberries. Layer cake (tear in bite size pieces) and cover with glaze and layer of Cool Whip. Repeat. Very pretty in glass bowl.
