JANE'S CROCK-POT ITALIAN BEEF 
This is delicious and my family often asks for this.

1 beef roast
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
1 pkg. zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 cup water

Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cook 8 hours on low if meat frozen, 5 hours if thawed. Serve on sub rolls.
