BANANA-PEANUT BUTTER BREAD 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
2 lg. bananas, mashed
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter

Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt in small mixing bowl; set aside. Cream sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl; add eggs, mixing well.

Mix mashed bananas with peanut butter; add banana mixture and flour mixture alternating to sugar mixture, mixing well. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and complete cooling on wire rack. Yield: 1 loaf.
