1 c. Crisco or butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt

Mix Crisco, sugars, and peanut butter together. Add beaten eggs. Add soda and salt with flour. Add to other ingredients. Add vanilla and mix. Shape into small balls with hands then press with fork. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown around edges. Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
