PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Skippy Super Chunk peanut butter
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sifted flour

Cream sugars, Crisco, eggs and vanilla. Add peanut butter and mix well. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in dry ingredients just until blended. Roll in walnut-sized balls dipped in sugar. Flatten slightly. Bake at 325 degrees.
