ROASTED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)

Beat egg white slightly and mix with water. Mix with nuts to coat. In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on nuts and mix to coat. Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or less, turning nuts every 10 minutes. Cool on wax paper. Great for Christmas.
